3) Keeping your information updated
TaskAdmin sends notifications to keep both Task-helpers and Task-owners updated on all activities and progress on their projects.
In order to be successful as a Task-helper, you must have an active mobile phone. Be sure you have confirmed your mobile phone number and be sure to update it if it changes.
How do I update my mobile number?
To update your mobile phone number, please click settings from your dashboard and you will see where to update your mobile number.
You will also need to confirm your email address. If your email address changes, please be sure to update it by clicking settings from your dashboard and you will see where to update your email address.
You will need to create a username and a password. If you forget your password you can recover it. You will need to know your username in order to recover your password. You can update both your username and password by clicking settings from your dashboard and you will see where to update your username and password.
If you forget your username you will need you usernumber in order to recover your username. You will be assigned a unique usernumber that begins with “thun” and followed by 20 digits. It will look like “thunxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx”. Please keep your usernumber safe and secure. You can find your usernumber by clicking settings from your dashboard and you will see your usernumber. You usernumber will also be emailed to you after you have completed your onboarding.
You will need to renew your account once a year. One of the things to do during the renewal is to make sure your contact information is current and review any procedural changes.
